- Skills: • Basic office skills, including filing, copying, faxing and organization • Computer knowledge, including Excel and M S Word • Ability to multi-task • Knowledge of FRA, General Code and NORAC operating rules • Ability to inspect and spot rail and switch defects, and trouble shoot locomotives • Ability to operate 6, 24 and 26 locomotive air brakes • Proficient at switching and inspecting trains according to rules and customer requirements
